One of the 10th-grade students at SMA Al-Izhar Pondok Labu, Fina Diandra (17) is optimistic that the athletes representing Jakarta can perform optimally and achieve the best results.
"As a sports lover, I'm very optimistic that they will achieve optimal results. Moreover, Jakarta is always favored in every PON event," he expressed, Friday (9/6).

"This PON is also a motivation for us who practice Boxing in Bulungan to train hard and maximally. So, in the future, we can also represent Jakarta in national and international events," he explained.
Meanwhile, a 10th-grade student at SMAN 6 Jakarta, Arkanul Ikhsan (16) was also confident that Jakarta can become the overall champion, beating other provinces in PON XXI.
"I like futsal, soccer, and esports, I want these sports to win gold medals," he added.
He hoped that all athletes competing in the PON XXI Aceh - North Sumatra could continue to uphold sportsmanship and always show fighting spirit and determination to win the championship.
"As a young person, I have a message for Jakarta athletes to be winners, never mind losing, we don't even want a draw," he stated.
